Choose one product type and open no more than five rows from each spreadsheet. Remove duplicate destinations first. Then compare the item match, QC photos, measurements, date, price, and weight using the same checklist.
A service name tells you where the list came from
The name in the title can help you organize tabs, but it does not tell you whether a row is current or accurate. A KPPBuy, Cnfans, Kakobuy, Superbuy, or other agent spreadsheet may contain original links, copied links, converted links, or rows inherited from another list.
Open the destination before giving the label any weight. If two rows land on the same URL, count them as one candidate. If the title or photos no longer match, remove the row.
Check the date instead of trusting it
A year in the page title may describe when the page was published, not when each row was checked. Reopen the destination and look for changes that affect your choice.
- Confirm that the item still matches the spreadsheet row.
- Look for a date tied to the listing, photos, or update note.
- Check whether options, price, images, and source identifiers have changed.
- Remove copied rows that point to the same final URL.
If you cannot tell when the row was last checked, mark the date as unknown rather than assuming it is current.
Write down what could change your choice
Before opening more links, choose the detail that matters most for this product. This keeps the comparison focused and makes weak rows easier to remove.

Do not let one list win simply because it has more rows or brighter thumbnails.
Use the same seven checks on every spreadsheet
| Check | Question to answer | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Final destination | Where does the link actually land? | Converted or copied URLs can hide a changed product or domain. |
| Item identity | Do the title, images, options, and source identifier match? | A relevant label is useless when the destination describes another item. |
| QC evidence | Are the photos attributable and useful for this category? | “QC” is a label, not proof, when the item match is unclear. |
| Fit or compatibility | Are measurements, units, and required specifications visible? | Popularity cannot replace fit or technical compatibility. |
| Price context | How does the row compare with similar, equally documented rows? | The lowest number may omit options, material, or packaging context. |
| Parcel impact | Is weight matched, estimated, or missing? | Heavy or bulky packaging can change the practical comparison. |
| Freshness | When was the destination or evidence last checked? | Copied lists and old screenshots can outlive the current listing. |
Source platforms and converters answer a different question
Yupoo, Taobao, Weidian, and 1688 can describe where product information originated. A converter may help reveal or transform a URL, but it cannot establish product quality or seller reliability. After using any spreadsheet link converter, check the final domain and compare the destination with the row you started from.
Information that adds noise
- Repeated links: several copies of one destination are still one candidate.
- Old dates: historical notes do not confirm current price, stock, or policy.
- Unrelated products: separate shoes, jackets, bags, and electronics before comparing value.
- “Best,” “cheapest,” or “verified” labels: ignore them unless the row shows what the conclusion is based on.
- Account and support questions: check them in the official account or support channel, not in a product list.
Use the KPPBuy guide as your working checklist
Start with the category you need, compare a small set of rows, and write down why each survivor remains. Continue to an external product directory only when you know which photo, measurement, source detail, or weight figure you still need to check.
